近年來核殼及中空結構銀粉逐漸被重視主要是其優異的性質被廣泛用於導體、構裝及敷材。目前的製備核殼及中空結構銀粉方法主要為批次的化學方法(sol-gel and decomposition)，本專利提供具有低成本及量產潛力的噴霧熱解法。製備而成的銀粉也經由穿透式電子顯微鏡及選區電子繞射來鑑定粉體的形貌、粒徑大小與晶體結構。
Recently core-shell and hollow silver particles have received much attention due to their wide applications in conductors, electrical contacts and wound dressing. Although various methods (e.g. sol-gel and decomposition) have been applied to produce silver particles, the spray pyrolysis (SP) process has an advantage in its low cost and feasibility for mass production. Here we have prepared silver particles from silver salts and glycine nitrate using the SP process. The morphology, particle size and crystallographic structures of the synthesized silver particles were characterized by transmission electron microscopy and selected area electron diffraction pattern.
