提供一種具溫感離子可逆性的組成物，包含聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯-聚氧乙烯之共聚物以及甘露糖醛酸與古洛糖醛酸之羧酸基聚合物，其中組成物呈現層狀結構。另提供一種製備具有溫感離子可逆性的組成物的方法，包含將上述共聚物與上述羧酸基聚合物溶於水中並混合，獲得初始溶液；將初始溶液與離子交聯劑分別置於透析膜的兩側後，於0ºC至37ºC下進行透析，於透析膜具有初始溶液的一側獲得上述具有溫感離子可逆性的組成物。

A thermal and ionic reversible composition is provided, including a PEO-PPO-PEO copolymer and a carboxylic acid polymer having mannuronic acid and guluronic acid, wherein the composition is form in a layered structure. A method of preparing the thermal and ionic reversible composition is also provided, including dissolving and mixing the above copolymer and the above carboxylic acid polymer in water and to obtain an initial solution; placing the initial solution and an ionic crosslinking agent respectively at two sides of a dialysis membrane, and then dialyzing at 0°C to 37°C to obtain the above-mentioned thermal and ionic reversible composition from the side of the dialysis membrane having the initial solution.
