| A method of fabricating energy harvesting device based on halide perovskite thin film which is fully organic without containing any metal. The device consists of flexible substrates, piezoelectric layers, bottom-top electrode layers, conductive polymer layers, and passivation layers. The device can serve as a self-powered strain sensor for human-machine interface application and be adopted in in vitro electrical stimulation device. |
