研究概述
本實驗室的研究方向在於利用生醫材料配合不同的物理傳導方式開發新型藥物傳遞系統,特別是可攜帶蛋白質與核酸的載體。
目前的研究重點在於基因療法上非病毒型載體的開發。主要使用微脂粒與生物高分子作為載體,並嘗試採用下列的策略來提昇載體的傳遞效率:
- 暸解載體與細胞內外環境的相互作用
- 延長載體經由靜脈注射後在血液中的半衰期
- 利用配位體進行標的傳送至特定的細胞或組織。
