本創作係揭露一種具孔洞結構為彈性基材之感壓元件,其係包含導電層(上下或左右電極)與中間孔洞材料之彈性體層。藉由孔洞材料之孔隙設計能增加彈性之特性,當在感測器上方施加外力時,其中間彈性體層受到平均感壓產生較大變形。此時感壓或壓電材料的輸出值會隨著施加壓力的大小改變其阻抗或壓電輸出變化。並經由傳感器訊號轉換來感知其受壓情形,產生高靈敏度輸出訊號,提供進一步之智慧控制應用,這種複雜的孔洞結構適合以積層製造為之。
A pressure sensing element with porous structure based flexible base is disclosed in the present invention. The structure includes top and bottom (or left and right) conductive layers and elastomer layer based porous structure. With the flexible characteristic due to a porosity structure design, when a pressure is applied on the pressure sensing element, a larger deformation is generated. Then, through the lager deformation of elastic layer, the resistive or piezoelectric output will be changed more significantly with an applied pressure. Finally, the pressure condition can be obtained through the conversion of a transducer and generates high sensitivity output signal for further intelligent control applications. The complex porous structure can be fabricated by Additive Manufacturing process.
